Our three-acre botanical cactus garden (located just outside of our chocolate factory, tasting room, and gift shop) is filled with over 300 species of cactus and desert plants and is a perfect place to take a stroll in the peace of a beautiful Las Vegas getaway. A beautiful cactus garden and chocolate shop. It is one of the best free gardens I have visited. The gardens are we'll maintained, many plants had name tags or information panels, there were benches scattered around for resting or enjoying the garden. Definitely worth the drive

I lived in this area for nearly 25 years and passed by this spot countless times, yet somehow never made it into Ethel M. It wasn’t until I came back as a tourist that I finally visited—and I honestly felt like I had been missing out all along. Debra gave us a tour of the chocolate factory, and she was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The milkshakes are a must, and the selection of chocolates makes it a perfect place to pick up gifts for the people you care about. I’m so glad I finally experienced it. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is a hidden gem in Henderson that’s absolutely worth your time.

The cactus garden here is fantastic but the chocolate is 10/10 its all made in house. The flavors are so savory and unique definitely the best of the best from the mars family. I cant wait to go back and get more.

Chocolates are super smooth and delicious! What makes it special is the history behind it. This is a great gift especially on Mother's Day. As for the botanical garden, it is nice to see different kinds of cactuses. However, the lights wrapped around the cactuses took the nature out of it.( it may look nice at nights but daytime, its not) The decorations on the pathways are way off, better remove it to as it serves zero purpose. Nonetheless, I love nature and the chocolates.

Entrance was cheap. There wasn't much decorations. Only 2 food trucks. I liked the giant sleigh picture area. Wasn't much photo area. The chocolate factory itself there wasn't much happening so disappointed. I wished they had more savory types of chocolate. It was pretty small. Not something I would go back.
